1. General Provisions & Definitions

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "2bbet" / "Platform" — the entity operating the online betting and casino services, and its website.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 2bbet's services, members must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must use the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• All information you provide must be complete, accurate, and current.
• Only one account per person is permitted — multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You agree to provide the necessary documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on 2bbet, you must provide accurate personal information. Registering with false information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the 2bbet support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• If you log in from a public device, always log out before closing the browser.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

2bbet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be void.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement is met.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• 2bbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 2bbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

2bbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: ৳14,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• All applicable conditions must be fully met to claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each member may claim a bonus promotion only once.
• If evidence of promotional abuse or bonus hunting is found, 2bbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 2bbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on 2bbet are placed voluntarily and at the member's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the rules of the applicable game state otherwise.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network disconnection, or software error, 2bbet may void that round and refund the wager. Incorrect odds or winnings displayed due to a technical error are not automatically valid.

6.3 Game Fairness

All games on 2bbet are powered by certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and fair play is ensured.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2bbet. Detection of any of these may result in immediate account suspension or cancellation:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraud, cheating, or operating games using bots.
• Running multiple accounts or gaining an advantage by using another family member's account.
• Bonus abuse or collusion (group cheating).
• Unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Providing false information about the source of funds.

9. Account Closure & Termination

9.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 2bbet

If evidence of a Terms violation is found, 2bbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice. In such cases:

• Funds may be forfeited if the account is cancelled due to a Terms violation.
• If the account is closed for non-violation reasons (such as a member's own request or responsible gaming grounds), any remaining funds will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet connection outages or third-party service failures.
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed at the member's own discretion.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or misuse of account credentials.
• Temporary service interruptions due to directives from government or regulatory authorities.

In no case shall 2bbet's maximum liability exceed the principal funds held in the member's account.
